Flexibility in booking changes
Changes are possible up to 12 weeks before the retreat. We will refund the amount within 14 days, less a processing fee of 100 euros.
Changes made later than 12 weeks before the retreat cannot be refunded, but we will find a solution as we usually have a waiting list!
Recommendation for worry-free planning: We recommend that you take out travel insurance (approx. 30-60 euros) so that you are covered and can concentrate on the anticipation.
