Your package is leaving to the shipping company within two days. The old days of long delivery times are finally counted. It does not get much faster ;)!

Since the demand increased so much in the past our delivery times used to be much longer than we anticipated.
It’s incredible to see that so many people value our boards and our company. But due to the increased demand, some people had to wait way too long for their COSTABOARD and we did not like that at all. 

We want you guys to start COSTABOARDING as soon as possible and that’s why we worked hard on a solution for the last months in our workshop in Berlin to reduce the delivery time to a minimum.



Easy cancellation and return

You would like to cancel your order before receiving it? Easy, just write us an email with your name and order number. If it’s not sent out yet we will cancel it immediately and you will get your money back.

In case you already received your order we will send you a return ticket via email and you can send it back to us, free of charge and hustle free.



Return in used condition 

You tried your COSTABOARD and realized you don’t like it? Probably won’t happen but you never know.
You can send it back to us within 3 months after you received it. We take it back even with traces of usage and you get your money back. Easy thing! 

We don’t want you to keep a product that you don’t like. We love our product and want you to love it as well. 



Free exchange in case of damage

If you break your board trying a new trick, you get a new one!

We want to encourage you to be active on your board and try new tricks but some tricks can be challenging for you and really hard on the board. We don’t want to build our COSTABOARD thicker just so it won’t break. It needs some flex and you need to make sure to bend your knees when jumping!

Please attach pictures of the damage in your email. In case you break too many boards we would contact you and give you a little coaching. Please also write us if you see any other damages on your board that don’t seem normal.
