COURSE CONTENT
6 live sessions of 60 minutes each + Q&A afterwards
INTRODUCTION AND SURF TERMINOLOGY
GOAL
Basic understanding of surfing and familiarization with important surfing terminology.
READING INTERPRETING SURF FORECASTS
GOAL
Ability to interpret surf reports for your own individual needs using the app "Surfline"
TAKE-OFF AND PADDLE PREPARATION
GOAL
Exercises to train your take-off, paddling power and endurance at home so you can focus on surfing while surfing.
SURFING ETIQUETTE
GOAL:
Knowing and recognizing the unwritten rules of surfing and behavior in the line-up.
ASSESSMENT OF THE SURF SPOT AND SAFETY
GOAL:
Having the ability to judge a surf spot, recognize dangers and know how to behave in "dangerous" situations.
BOARD CUSTOMER / EQUIPMENT
GOAL:
Being able to judge which board and other surfing equipment to use for your own abilities.

After your booking, you will receive a Zoom invitation from me via email. The live sessions take place every Sunday at 8 p.m. If you miss a Sunday, you can watch the video later. But it's better to be there live, it's just much more fun ;)
